Football is the centerpiece sport at Olympic V3 2025, with 6 teams from various delegations competing. This tournament is not just a showcase of individual skills and teamwork but also an opportunity for networking and collaboration among companies and partners. PRIZE STRUCTURE
The total prize pool is up to $7,200, with awards for both team and individual performances.
🏆 Top Scorer
Awarded to the player with the highest number of goals throughout the tournament. In case of a tie, the following priority criteria will apply:
- Total goals scored in all matches.
- Most assists.
- If the tie persists, a coin toss will determine the winner.
🥇 Outstanding Player
Awarded to the player with the best performance in the tournament. The criteria for selection include:
- Clean sheets.
- Most matches played.
- Average minutes played per match.
- For players who play at least 85% of their team’s total minutes, their statistics will be considered for evaluation.
In case of a tie in both categories, the organizing committee will hold a coin toss to determine the winner.
🎯 Most Assists
Awarded to the player with the highest number of assists throughout the tournament. In case of a tie between two or more players:
- Priority will be given to the player with fewer matches played.
- Priority will be given to the player with fewer total minutes played.
- If the tie persists, a coin toss will be held by the Organizing Committee.

⚽ TOURNAMENT FORMAT
- Each team fields 6 players: 6 main players and substitutes.
- Match draw: Random draw during group stage.
- Format: Round-robin with knockout stage.
- Group stage: Points calculated across 2 rounds.
- Final stage: Knockout format. If tied, proceed to 5-round penalty shootout. If still tied, move to sudden death.
- Match duration: Consists of 2 halves.
- Each half: 30 minutes.
- Halftime break: 10 minutes.
- No substitution limit; a player can be substituted multiple times.
- In case of teams being tied in points, ranking will be determined by:
- Total points.
- Goal difference (goals for – goals against).
- Total goals scored.
- Fair-play points:
- Yellow card: -1 point
- Indirect red card (2 yellows): -3 points
- Direct red card: -4 points
- Team with fewer fair-play deductions ranks higher.
- If still tied, ranking will be decided by draw.
⚖️ TOURNAMENT RULES
- Apply 6-a-side mini football rules.
- Field: 6-a-side football pitch.
- Match ball: Provided by the organizers.
- Uniforms: Provided for all 6 participating teams.
- Referees: Assigned by the Organizing Committee.
- Teams arriving late, refusing to continue, or deliberately walking off the field to protest referee decisions will be considered forfeiting and lose the match 0–3.
- Special Notes:
- Teams must arrive on time according to the official schedule.
- In case of last-minute schedule changes, updates will be announced via the official Telegram channel.
- Card regulations:
- Yellow card: Warning
- Red card: When receiving 2 yellow cards in a match or a direct red card.
- The player must leave the field immediately after receiving a red card.
- The team will play with one fewer player for 5 minutes.
- After 5 minutes:
- If substitutes are available → a player may be subbed in.
- If no substitutes remain, the team continues with one fewer player until the match ends.
- Acts of violence or verbal abuse may result in a ban for the entire tournament, depending on the Organizing Committee’s decision.
☁️ OTHER RULES
- Match postponement: In case of bad weather such as heavy rain, strong winds, or flooded pitch—or force majeure—matches will be postponed by the Organizing Committee (OC).
- All referee decisions during the match must be strictly followed.
- Appeals: Only the registered team captain (or delegation head) has the right to file an appeal regarding match situations.
- The OC will apply disciplinary measures to any team or individual violating tournament regulations.
- The OC reserves the right to amend the rules if unforeseen circumstances arise, after consulting relevant departments.
- Match ball: Size 5 footballs meeting official standards will be used.
- Match uniforms: Uniforms are provided by the organizers. Goalkeepers must wear a different color jersey.
- Footwear: Only TF turf shoes or flat-soled IC shoes are allowed. FG and SG high-stud shoes are strictly prohibited for safety reasons.
